Terms & Conditions

1. Please make sure you have the right to make copies of the photograph you are submitting. You will be solely responsible for copyright infringements. If the photograph has someone other than yourself in it, you must receive permission from all persons in the photograph before submission.

2. You may not make copies of the YouStamps®. Copyright of the YouStamps® belongs solely to the Gibraltar Philatelic Bureau Ltd.

3. We reserve the right to refuse, for any reason, the photograph you have submitted. In such a case you will be refunded.

4. Should anyone make a claim against the Gibraltar Philatelic Bureau Ltd. because the printing has breached rights or caused damages (e.g. you have failed to obtain the proper permission under 1), you will be solely responsible and, you agree to fully indemnify Gibraltar Philatelic Bureau Ltd.

5. Variations in colour, image quality and position may occur in the finished product. You acknowledge that the finished image is dependent on the quality of the original submitted.

6. Formats (size of stamps) are subject to change without notice.

7. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that the YouStamps® will be produced and sent to you within 14 business days of receipt of your order, delivery delays may be experienced. If you need your YouStamps® stamps for a special occasion please ensure that your order is placed to allow ample time for delivery prior to the occasion. Special orders will be considered. 8. You recognize that YouStamps®, like all other stamps used as postage, may be cancelled by mechanical means when processed by a postal facility. The Gibraltar Philatelic Bureau Ltd. accepts no responsibility for markings resulting from postal processing.
